Don't you just hate it when your parent(s) yell at you for no absolute reason?

My dad has been yelling at me A LOT lately. No I haven't done anything bad, I think it's just because no one is ever home anymore. My older sister is in college and dorms there so we don't see here on weekdays, then my brother is out with friends 24/7. You see I don't go out much; I have the kind of friends who would cancel on me or ditch me for other people. Not that I mind or anything, I'm just not a good person I guess...
Basically my dad yells at me for every little thing: "CLEAN UP THE MESS IN THE LIVING ROOM" "GET YOUR STUFF OF THE LADDER" "WASH YOUR PLATE" "YOU'RE NOT A BABY ANYMORE"
Okay 1. Half of the time the messes aren't even mine, they're my brother's and 2. I know I'm not a baby you just want to yell at me cause you have no one else to yell at.
Why is he even yelling at me intentionally? I have good grades (a 3.0 to be exact) and I've been doing good in school lately, so WHY? It's just so frustrating, especially when I have to deal with other things going around my life (school, family, retarded drama, etc.).
Yesterday I was planning to go out with my cousin and her boyfriend (no I wasn't planning to be a third wheel, plus I know she wouldn't want me to go threw that kind of pain). Dad wouldn't let me because "she's a bad influence." Yes she's older than me and she DOES do bad things from time to time, but shouldn't he trust me enough to know that I wouldn't do anything like her? She's so outgoing and REALLY social and popular amongst most people, I'm not, I tend to be anti-social because I don't really like myself. So shouldn't they know? Shouldn't he trust his own daughter that he raised?
I don't understand my life anymore, it'll probably be worse once I'm in high school...
